Motivated by my desire to help everyone love where they work and what they do, I have advised clients across various roles, levels, and industries on fostering career growth internally through promotions or externally through job searching. I have helped my clients confidently navigate their career transitions, with many of my clients successfully securing interviews and new positions at top tech companies (e.g. Meta, Amazon, Apple, Uber, Capital One, Cisco, etc).

My path to coaching arose from my love of mentorship in my University days and deepened as I reflected upon my own journey full of zig-zags in multiple departments across Marketing, Customer Success, PeopleOps, and Product and Technical Program Management.
